

This photo of a cheese platter reminds me that we are able to create some nice kosher cheese platters. Featured here is Swiss cheese, Bleu cheese, Brie, Smoked Provolone, a soft goat cheese and Baby Gouda. On the far end, not pictured, are the Smoked Mozzarella and the Herbed Mozzarella, both braided and sliced. No doubt, a cheese platter is an expensive undertaking. I allow about 1.5 ounces per person plus a few crackers.
