Leah: Thank you for posting this video. I tried the recipe from Spice and Spirit last week. The dough technique is what I needed. I am going to try them again tomorrow. You just can't get a good knish in Lancaster, PA. :)
Stan: Leah: What was the diameter of the filling scoop used? Was it 3 inches in diameter? ‹(•¿•)›
Leah: Hi Stan, We actually use different size scoops depending on the end use. 3" will make a large knish, about 1/2 cup of filling. Have fun!
